MocoSpace (mocospace.com), the largest social network designed specifically for mobile phones has been selected as a TWS08 top 10 most promising startup.
TWS08 is a new internet conference taking place today in Tel Aviv, Israel and is organized by the popular blog the.co.ils (thecoils.com).
The ten winning startups were chosen based on their level of innovation in web or mobile. All were selected from a list of at least 100 Israeli companies by a panel of judges made up of industry thought leaders including Guy Kawasaki, Pete Cashmore of Mashable, Om Malik of GigaOm and Meir Brand of Google Israel among others.
